On this website you will find a brief bio of Samuel as well as links to pages created to memorialize each of his wives, children, and grandchildren. We know it is important to know our family history - the names, dates and places - but, we hope this website will become a place where we can learn to better understand and appreciate our heritage. We want to come to know these ancestors better - see them as real people with struggles and triumphs unique to their life experience - and learn from them how to be better people ourselves.

In order to make this a reality, our goal is to have a webpage for each of the first three generations of this family - Samuel and his wives, their children, and their grandchildren. We hope you will join our effort by contributing pictures, histories, newspaper articles, links, or any other information you feel will help us get to know them better.
